The Adult Day program serves adults with
developmental disabilities and runs Monday

located at 361 Montreal Street
with a maximum of ten participants per day. Because our program is
tailored to the unique needs of each individual, participants
feel happy and well supported.
The adult program’s
objective is to teach social, educational and recreational skills.
Participants partake in recreational activities such as bowling,
swimming, music and dance. Additionally, we create seasonal
crafts
and individual artwork.
Participants focus on learning
gardening skills, computer literacy skills, reading and math
skills, and other educational activities.
Participants actively participate
in decision making around community
outings and events. The overall
objective of this program is to enhance and develop life skills,
promote independence and help participants to
integrate into the Kingston community.
