The Family Support Program provides a diverse range of services to families to help them navigate through the daily challenges of having a child with special needs. These services include case coordination for crisis management and educational, transitional, and long-term planning.

The Family Support Coordinator meets with families to determine which EAF programs can best help their child to develop and reach his or her greatest potential.  Referrals can also be made to other community agencies to access additional supports.

We help families to complete Ministry funding applications for Assistance for children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) and Special Services at Home (SSAH.)
