Frequently Asked Questions…

  • EAF summer camps are open to kids and youth of all abilities. Our programs are designed to be inclusive and accessible for participants with diverse needs and ensure everyone is able to participate.

  • Our kids and Napanee camps run from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Our adult program runs from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

  • Registration is open until June 1st or until spots are filled. We recommend registering early, as spaces are limited and fill up quickly. We do our best to accommodate as many participants as possible so please reach out if you are not registered and interested!

  • Camps fees are dependent on the level of support of each participant. EAF offers different levels of staff support to ensure every individual is successful and able to have a meaningful camp experience.

    Costs for regular weeks are…


    Base Support: $400.00/week

    Enhanced 1 - $550.00/week

    Enhanced 2 - $775.00/week

    Exceptional - $1,200.00/week

  • Yes, financial assistance and subsidies may be available for families who qualify and/or do not receive other forms of funding. Please fill out our subsidy request form HERE!
