Passport Funding Program

Passport is a program funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) and is intended to provide provision of access to Ministry-funded adult developmental services and supports for adults with developmental disabilities. Passport is a program that helps adults 18 years or older with a developmental disability to participate in their communities.
